There’s nothing I like more than a statement piece paired with a good boyfriend jean and white tee. Today’s look is just that… along with a cozy grey coat and nude heels to go with this chilly weather we’re experiencing. If you like statement pieces then visit freshtrends.com as they have a huge assortment of all jewelry.
I’m a girl who loves to incorporate color through accessories or a jacket, but if I had to choose a color to wear for the rest of my life, I would have to go with black. It’s clearly a no-brainer really…
With that said, here is today’s outfit of the day wearing a few essentials every girl should own.

Let’s face it we all want to look good while working out because when you look cute, you feel good and want to perform better. Well Colosseum does just that. Their activewear is both fashionable and functional. I must say it is the most comfortable activewear I own to date! I’m a huge fan of their sports bras (feels like you have nothing on)! Here is what I wore on my hike.
You may have remembered my previous Colosseum post here.

I’ve come to realize that although yellow is my favorite color, I tend to wear blue quite often. It’s a good thing because this cobalt blue blazer has quickly worked its way onto my list of favorite items and possibly a new favorite color. Happy Friday and Happy Lover’s day!!
I can’t believe that we are already welcoming February. This month is a bittersweet one for me. My god-daughter turned 6 this month, Tootsie’s birthday is coming up, it’s Valentine’s Day and everyone will be at Fashion Week except for me… so sad.
Here are a few things I fancy this month that will keep me happy while everyone is enjoying NYFW.
Another casual and relaxed weekend with my Bare Rebel girl. Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!
As I mentioned in last week’s mel made post, I split this dress in two and made it into a skirt instead. It’s definitely an oldie (was not a fan of the dress to be completely honest) but glad I was able to turn it into something I would wear.
What have you made lately? I’d love to hear.
